O little town: Palestine’s separation wall comes to Piccadilly

Hoping all our readers had a merry Christmas. And here’s an exciting project to remind the public that the reality of Bethlehem in 2013 is very far indeed from the Victorian romantic notions of the everlasting light.

Its the best project and demonstration of solidarity with the Palestinian People for a long time. And yet very few people know about the event. Thanks to Labour Futures for bringing it to my notice. St James Piccadilly should be proud.

Who paid for this, does it have planning permission and to make things realistic will there be mortars fired at Jews from the Palestinian side?

Swatantra, the websites called left futures, it would hardly be called labour futures, if labours leader said I am a Zionist!!!

  4. swatantra says:

Freudian slip there John! You and I know that there’s only one viable Party of the Left, and thats Labour.
The early Israelis were socialists, but then after Golda Meir things started to go seriously downhill. Now Israel is Fort USA, in the land of the Palestinians.

Non of you have still explained why you think the wall is there. The Palestinians are in fact West Jordanians. King Abdullah only joined in the attack in 1948 because he wanted to add the area to his kindom as it was very fertile and gave him access to the sea.
